return items must be in new condition with tags and
packaging accompanied by a Return Authorization (
R.A. #) number obtained by us. Other items will be
repaired and returned to customer. Handbag Outlet
will not provide cash credit. Credits will be
applied towards the customer's following purchase.
Cancellation of a shipment may not be requested if
the shipment has already been picked up by U.P.S. We
